Fantastic location, almost everything is within walking distance. Staff members are super friendly and useful and talk good English. There are activities each and every night and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every day. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Good quality for the money!

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel at the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests have been normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Extremely nice hotel and great location. Surely will suggest 9Hotel Mercy!

Assuming that you are visiting Lisboa you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I have booked the room for four days with my spouse. Beds were big enough and the room was always pretty clean. The personnel were being quite helpful and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
